UK: Workers for a Free Palestine shut down Israeli arms factory
A range of activists and trade unionists come together as Workers For A Free Palestine to blockade the Instro Precision factory in Sandwich, Kent which has links to the Israeli owned Elbit Systems company.
Neither police nor security had the numbers to deal with such a large mobilisation, and ended up enablng the blockade - which stopped all deliveries and trucks going into the factory.
This is what we need a lot more of. If governments aren't going to stop the atrocities in Palestine, then we have to do it ourselves. The most important thing to stop Israel's genocide and ethnic cleansing is to stop the supply of arms - and as organised workers, we have the power to make that happen.
